Music

Music has always been a powerful force in my life, fueling my soul and elevating my spirit. From the moment I picked up my violin at the age of six, I have been enchanted by the melodies and harmonies that flow through my instrument. It is exciting to play music that enters into the hearts of people. As a high school student, I have had the privilege of performing in some of the most prestigious venues and for some of the most deserving audiences. I hope that my music brings joy and comfort to those who are in need.

Seniors and Memory Care

It was during a performance for seniors and patients in memory care centers that I discovered the true power of music. As I played beloved Christmas carols, I saw the faces of those suffering from dementia and Alzheimer's light up with recognition and joy. They hummed along, tapping their feet, and clapping their hands, a testament to the transformative power of music in their lives.

I am driven by a deep passion for music and a love for those who are suffering. My goal is to use my talents and my knowledge to make a difference in the lives of those who are struggling, bringing hope and comfort through music. I believe that music has the power to change lives, to heal, and to uplift the spirit, and I am committed to using it to make a difference in the world.

Neuroscience Research

My research experience at the Stark Neuroscience Center, at Indiana University, and my volunteer work at the local hospital have only deepened my commitment to understand the neurological basis of music as a therapeutic tool. I have come to understand some of the science behind the power of music, and how it can stimulate parts of the brain that are often lost to dementia and Alzheimer's.

Through my volunteer work, I have seen first-hand the real-life impact that music can have on patients and their families, bringing hope and comfort to those who are struggling.
