Alzheimer’s Research Centers

The National Institutes of Health fund several research centers that conduct research and clinical studies on Alzheimer’s disease.  These research centers are usually medical facilities that work to find cures and diagnostic technologies that can be used in patients. 

If you know an Alzheimer’s patient, these research centers can help you.  They could help with obtaining proper diagnosis and management of the treatment plan.  They also provide support groups and programs for the family members and caregivers.  It is important to note that caregivers and family members of the patients bear a huge responsibility for the patient and also need support and kindness.
